It is a shift in our awareness into a trance like state where we are able to bypass the conscious mind, and send informantion and suggestions striaght into the subconscious mind. In this way internal changes can be made to our belief systems, and our patterns of thinking. We can use hypnosis to overcome limiting and negative beliefs we have had for years - beliefs which hold us back in life and stop us from achieving the success we deserve, beliefs which may keep us overweight, not let us stop smoking, make sure we stay shy and introverted and lacking in confidence. With hypnosis it is possible to reverse these limitations, limitations whic have been built up over the years, perhaps even decades. Gradually and naturally we can alter our levels of self belief and change for the better. The Truth About Hypnosis Hypnosis isn't a magic solution, an instant fix, or an overnight result. It is a natural process which often takes a little time (although some are more receptive to it and see changes quickly). This is so, because you are changing beliefs on a subconscious level, and real change takes a bit of time.
